I Use Dreamweaver do I Really Need to Understand HTML?

Yes. You must understand html in order to master your webpages. Dreamweaver, Frontpage and Expression Web are good products but they mask much of the detail that you need to know in order to produce great web pages and websites. When you learn html you will be able to use Dreamweaver with much more confidence and knowledge.
